OwlyGPT is Hootsuite’s AI-driven social media assistant, designed to help marketers generate posts, captions, and ideas directly within the platform. I led the visual direction for the product launch, developing the creative concept, campaign visuals, and asset system across web, video, and paid media. The goal was to introduce a complex new product in a clear, credible, and visually engaging way that aligned with Hootsuite’s brand identity.

The launch exceeded every performance target. Demo click-through rate increased 190%, conversion rate improved 467%, and the campaign reached 10.7 million video views with a 5.26% view-through rate. META channels accounted for over half of all demo conversions. The success of the launch positioned OwlyGPT as a standout product in Hootsuite’s portfolio and set a new creative benchmark for future product releases.
